Course Overview

Professional managers will be capable of managing complexity and delivering impact at a strategic and/or operational level with management and leadership responsibility for setting and delivering organisational objectives through a wide range of functions.

The programme is for those who want to develop fully all aspects of their management and leadership skills, knowledge, self-awareness and behaviours. These include strategic decision making, setting direction and achieving results.

  • BA (hons) in business management, accredited by the University of Bolton

Entry requirements 

This is discussed on an individual basis but must demonstrate a good level of English and maths, preferably will have already achieved a level 3 qualification and either have ambitions to work in a management/supervisory role or are currently in this position.

Employer Support  

This programme must be fully supported by your employer, including fees and 20% of your working week. If you are part of a Levy paying company then speak with our workforce development team for funding the course through your Levy.

Total course fees: £22,000.

For non-Levy paying companies, a 5% fee contribution must be made (total course contribution for non-Levy= £1,100).
