Level 2 in Retail Knowledge
This qualification will suit you if you work, or would like to work, in retail and you want to increase your skills, perhaps to prepare for another qualification or a role where you have more responsibility.
The start date will depend on which Training Centre you wish to study at.

You need to achieve credits from a range of units. Your Tutor will go through this with you.
Units include:
- Understanding customer service in the retail sector
- Understanding the retail selling process
- Understanding how individuals and teams contribute to the effectiveness of a retail business
- Understanding how a retail business maintains health and safety on its premises
If you do not hold the relevant English and maths qualifications, you will work towards them as part of this programme.

Yes, you will receive an allowance of up to £30 per week.
On successful completion you will achieve a Level 2 in Retail Knowledge.
There are no formal entry requirements however, you will need to attend an informal interview.
The course is FREE for anyone aged 16-18.
