An opportunity to join a successful expanding company as a Trainee Sheet Metal and Fabrication Engineer.

Working as part of a team and supporting members of the team, your main duties will include a variety of tasks directed to support the team in meeting deadlines. Continually developing your capabilities to produce a variety of components in a timely and accurate manner and maintaining a positive approach to become a fully contributing member of the team.

Apprentice Sheet Metal/Fabrication Engineer.

Successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team and support senior members on the workshop floor.

Majority of the working day will be occupied in the production and finishing of sheet metal components, including ductwork.

You will attend college as part of your apprenticeship programme, which will make up part of your working week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Production, maintenance and finishes of sheet metal components
Ensuring a clean and safe work area
Prioritising your workload to help the team meet deadlines.

What you should have to apply

The role requires a good level of understanding in both Maths and Science.

The successful candidate will have achieved GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
