You will be responsible for the school’s photocopying and printing needs, including laminating, designing booklets and other presentations using high speed print production machines and to assist with a variety of administration tasks.
A normal day would include
•Carrying out all photocopying and printing/finishing requests for the day
•Distributing finished work to members of staff
•Distributing incoming mail
•Covering reception while the receptionist is taking her lunch.
•Assisting with administrative tasks in Student Services
•Assisting the Examinations Officer before and during exams
•Undertaking reception duties as and when required
•Asissting the Examinations Officer with the administration of both internal and external examinations
You will also be provided with a staff uniform (at no cost to yourself) which comprises of a black business suit and blouses/shirt/tie.

If you successfully complete the apprenticeship you could apply for any appropriate vacancies within the Dean Trust or within other schools or you could apply for administration jobs within the private sector.
