This is a role that fits within the business admin level 3 apprenticeship. The individual is responsible for compliance of PZ Cussons products to local, regional and international regulation.
A normal day would include general regulatory compliance of EU product portfolio, specifically including:
Cosmetic regulation – management and owner of product notifications and product information.
File completeness audits, evidence of filling weight control for imported products.
Regulatory approval of all artwork and online promotional material.
Act as principal point of contact with external consumer complaints.
Reach regulation imports – manage and maintain accurate record of substance import tonnages and any subsequent registration requirements.
Compliance management with Detergents Directive requirements for all household and professional products.
Biocidal products regulation – compliance.
Classification, labelling, packaging(CLP)/GHS (household) requirements are implemented for all affected products.
Aerosols directive requirements.
Product export/import administration.
Identifying requirements, obtaining necessary documentation and ownership of the process to ensure business requirements are met.
You will maintain an up to date knowledge of current evolving and future product regulatory requirements such as:
Ensuring legislation changes are implemented and acted upon in legal timeframes.
-mplementing and maintaining processes for record keeping of legislative requirements.
