A normal day would include:
•Providing office support to our team of employees
•Keeping well-organised and up to date files and records of business activity
•Interacting with clients and visitors either on the phone or in person
•Answering phones, connecting calls to the appropriate department, and where necessary, taking phone messages and passing them on
•Preparing documents by printing, copying, and scanning, as well as filing in the correct place
•Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
•Scheduling appointments and events
•Ordering office stationery and other supplies
•Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
•Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
•Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
•Assisting with the tendering process, phoning sub-contractors to request quotes, and chasing progress on their return
