Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprentice

About this opportunity

Space Interior Renovations, based in Wilmslow, are looking to recruit a level 2 property maintenance apprentice to join their dynamic team. This varied role involves providing maintenance to their various properties.

A normal day would include:
Ground works-foundations and concreting
Building of masonry and timber structures
Roof works
Structural works and knock throughs
Joinery works
Plumbing works
Plastering
Tiling

Space Interior Renovations undertake various commercial projects including office refurbishments, fit-outs, new office construction and facilities.

What you could go on to do:
Progress on to become a skilled tradesman in one specific area of construction or become a highly skilled multi trades man with the knowledge and skills to carry out and manage full building and renovation projects.

Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Growth Company.
