About this opportunity
This is an administrative support role assisting the experienced internal and external sales team at Elliot Baxter, who are a very successful independent national organisation offering a challenging and friendly work environment.
A normal day would include:
Communicating with our customers via telephone and email
Monitoring stock levels
Reporting and analysing our customer information
Liaising with our internal teams i.e. logistics, credit control, purchasing and our other offices
Managing a diary
Working to deadlines
Promoting our products and services
Attending team meetings
Elliott Baxter is now one of only three major paper merchants left in the UK. Their emphasis on customer service sets out to provide a refreshing alternative to their competitors.
