About this opportunity

UBS are looking for an apprentice to work within group operations, the backbone of this financial services organisation. UBS deliver the best-in-class post trade services across investment banking, wealth management and asset management.

A normal day will differ from role to role, but typically will include:
Management and resolution of assigned responsibilities - this can be investigation into risk related queries and processing of corporate actions
Dealing with stakeholder/client queries
Reporting/providing transparency to stakeholders/clients
Some roles may include involvement in strategic initiatives (e.g. regulatory, change driven, communication agenda)

In addition to the exciting challenges from your day-to-day role, you will be provided with training on a variety of technical and behavioural topics. You will also work towards acquiring the investment operations certificate; a financial services industry recognised qualification.

UBS offer expert advice, wealth management and investment banking. They have 60,000 employees in all major financial centres, in almost 900 offices across 50 countries.

How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Growth Company. Onsite support will be provided by your line manager, team, mentor and HR.

What you should have to apply

- B/Level 6 Grades at GCSE maths and English Language
- A-levels req: BCC or equivalent (104 UCAS Points)
