About this opportunity
Finch are looking for a professional, ambitious and keen to learn apprentice. You will be expected to liaise with clients and insurers.
A normal day would include:
General office duties
Speaking to colleagues, clients and insurers
Finding insurance solutions for clients
For the first 12 months you will spend time within employee benefits, account handling, sales and compliance and claims. After completion of the first 12 months, the remaining time will be spent specialising in an area that suits you and fits with the needs of the business.
Finch is part of Verlingue, one of Europe’s largest independent insurance brokers employing over 800 people. The company has ambitions to double in size by 2020 and provides a great opportunity for someone starting their career.
What you could go on to do
You could specialise in employee benefits or general insurance, either working in an office environment or specialising in sales. There is a structured pay review for all apprentices, and a fully supportive training culture.

Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Growth Company.
