This role is responsible for managing data including physical files, spreadsheets and other in-house systems at BLM, the UK and Ireland's leading insurance and risk law specialist.
BLM Law are keen to hear from people who are looking to start their career and want to gain a solid understanding of how a large business operates. There is a large technical / IT element to the role and they would like to see candidates who have an interest in that area.
The role will include:
•Data cleansing, maintenance and data entry on to MI systems
•Learning to use our in-house systems to effectively search for missing or inaccurate data
•Proactively organising your own time to ensure all required tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
•Keeping up to date with team administrative tasks as required
•Other projects as required
Business administration is the art of day-to-day office management! Over the course of this apprenticeship you will receive expert training and gain valuable experience, developing a range of skills that will help set you up for a successful career.
After completion of the apprenticeship, your salary will be reviewed to ensure that you receive the competitive package their experienced administration clerks do.

In this role you will be an ambassador for the school when meeting parents and other visitors and to act as a first point of reference when people arrive. You will also provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the school.
