About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a highly successful and growing company based in Manchester city centre. The successful candidate will have a key role of carrying out office duties and managing a variety of processes.
A normal day would include:
- Working with excel spreadsheets
- Data inputting/system use
- Producing letters/correspondence
- Incoming/outgoing calls to clients
Established in 2015 Douglas Brown Associates have become highly successful after opening various sites across the North West. Operating in the claims and financial services sector, they manage various administration contracts for 3rd party companies.
What you could go on to do:
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate has the opportunity to progress to be a claims manager, senior administrator or various other roles that include working within finance. In the future, office manager roles may be ideal for a candidate who enjoys working in the area of business administration.
