This is a great development opportunity for the right candidate to join the experienced and friendly administration team within the company property department. The right candidate will be provided with on the job training.
A normal day would include:
Answering the phone and dealing with / re-directing calls received into the department, mainly from our internal shops, who are experiencing a whole variety of shop level issues from electrical problems, leaking roofs, issues with locks, oven breakdowns, break-ins etc.
You will need to be organised and calm, with the ability to prioritise and speak confidently.
Other tasks will include general administration, filing, emailing, logging jobs on databases and collating information.
Full training will of course be given, and we would not expect someone to be an expert from day one. It will be a gradual development role as you gain more knowledge, confidence and experience.
