A normal day would include:
•Supporting the office staff and management with day to day tasks and the running of the business
•Answering customer enquires – via emails, live chat and telephone calls – being the first point of contact for many customers
•Ensuring all paperwork, databases and systems are kept up to date and maintained
•Recommending products and services to customers based on their needs
•Guiding customers through finance applications and supporting them
•Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
•Working across the business to support all teams within the company
