About this opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established insurance team in a multi award winning company and to contribute to the running of a significant insurance portfolio for their clients, responsible for high end residential developments.

A normal day would include:
• Negotiating new business quotations with insurance brokers
• Dealing with timely settlement of insurer accounts
• Acknowledging, logging and handling of claims from notification point to payment of claim
• Accurately maintaining central database
• Arranging and administering engineering insurance and inspections policies
• Assisting colleagues in client’s budgets

Established in 1990, Rendall and Rittner is the largest independently owned managing agents in three London locations, with additional offices in Croydon, Bournemouth, Croydon, Hale, Manchester and Milton Keynes.

What you could go on to do:
There will be permanent employment as an insurance assistant within the company with further training and qualification advancements available during the apprenticeship and thereafter.

How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Growth Company. A buddy and mentor will be allocated and attendance with another cohort will be arranged with the company’s insurance business partner.

Minimum of grade C/4 and above in maths and English GCSE Levels or equivalent
