About this opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a wall and floor tiling apprentice to work for a well-established and respected tiling company based in Oldham. This opportunity will be perfect for someone wanting to start a professional career.

A normal day would include:
• Fitting out wet rooms, bathrooms, kitchens in domestic properties
• Being trained in various aspects of property maintenance
• Completing some plastering, joinery and painting so over the duration of your apprenticeship you will become multi-skilled

Working with a team of experienced tilers, you will be fully trained up in all areas of wall and floor tiling including all health and safety units, manual handling, preparation of surfaces, marking/setting out, cutting tiles and applying wall and floor tiles.

C Ceramics are a well-respected and established wall and floor tiling company who have been trading for over 20 years based in Oldham.
The apprenticeship will include day release attendance at college one day per week over a two-year period. If you don’t have GSCE grade 4 or above, you will attend functional skills whilst at college.

What you could go on to do:
You could progress onto a level 3 advanced tiling apprenticeship.
