An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to work within our expanding payroll service to schools and academies. The right candidate will provide administrative and data input support to the payroll team.
A normal day would include:
• Providing general clerical and administrative support for the team
• Inputting of data for new school employees into the online payroll system
• Inputting of required changes to the payroll system including change of hours, change of personal details etc
• Loading sickness absence data onto the payroll system and advising on changes in pay, for example when sick pay ceases, and issuing relevant documents
• Preparing contracts of employment and associated documentation in accordance with relevant terms and conditions for all new employees in schools
• Producing information and data as required and to maintain database information
• Working with and assisting colleagues on the payroll team as required
• Contributing to the overall aims and ethos of the payroll team
One Education provides support services to schools across the North West of England.
