A normal day would include – in general
Answering the phone
Answering emails
Meeting and greeting visitors
Assisting with orders in the warehouse – filling cushions, assisting with packaging
Printing labels for orders
Assisting with all aspects of office administration
Other duties as and when required.

Sourcing purchases via the internet
Inputting orders
Samples/product development
Ideally Maths and English but will look at those without
