A normal day would include:
Registering deposits
Allocating job sheets
Compiling inventories and exit inspections reports
Working on tenancy deposit returns and disputes
Ensuring renewals are kept up to date
What you could go on to do:
Progression in this role would be to become property manager or a lettings co-ordinator with salaries of around £20k+. You could also go on to become an office or operations manager in an estate agent.
