This is a new role that has been created within Pilot Group Services Limited working within the credit control team. You will be responsible for accounting and administration duties for the group of companies.
A normal day would include:
• Setting up new sales ledger accounts
• Applying for credit limits and opinions
• Issuing credit notes and manual invoices
• Dealing with queries on debit notes
• Producing monthly statements
• Sending documents to customers where required
• Responding to daily emails
• Learning sales ledger and purchase ledger processes and procedures
• Learning balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with monthly management accounts
• Dealing with post purchase payment and other bank transactions onto the accounts ledger
• Performing bank reconciliations, including investigating queries and balancing to nominal ledger
