A normal day would include:
Training across each area to provide an understanding of the systems, procedures and processes
Working on the shop floor role developing your detailed knowledge of the components, assembly and machining work
Developing your practical hands-on skills to become competent in the safe efficient operating of all machines and the accurate timely production of the total range of products
Producing and maintaining accurate records in accordance with role requirements.
Your aim will be to develop your skills to be able to operate all machines safely and efficiently to produce the complete range of components.
The role is a shop floor hands-on based apprenticeship, but you will also work in conjunction with internal departments.

The successful candidate will have achieved GCSE minimum grade C/4 in maths and English, and science
