ZumZum are looking for an apprentice to work as part of a small team to provide administration and finance support to the managing director. You will be responsible for inputting accounting data, sending customer invoices and updating contracts.
A normal day would include:
• Sending monthly and renewal sales invoices to customers
• Preparing and sending renewal quotes to customers
• Answering queries from customers concerning invoices, quotes, contracts etc.
• Collecting cash - call overdue invoices
• Booking travel for managing director
• Supporting the monthly payroll process
• Adding / updating support contracts in the system, and sending contracts for signature
• Completing any other finance and admin duties, as required to support smooth running and growth
