An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing company in Manchester city centre who are looking for a customer service apprentice to join their fast-growing team. You will process orders, manage client accounts and give quotes to customers.
A normal day would include:
• Assisting the customer service team
• Emailing clients
• Doing quotes
• Discussing design briefs with your clients and communicating with the studio team
• Calling existing clients and managing accounts
• Developing and maintaining relationships
• Negotiating price structures and calculating rates
• Speaking to customers on the telephone
• Working with spreadsheets (Excel), Outlook, and other internal systems
Opal Management is a marketing design and print company specialising in online print services. The successful appicant will be paid a weekly wage of £150-£200 plus bonus and commission.
What you could go on to do:
You could progress onto becoming a senior account manager or office manager.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. Full in-house training will be provided for the role requirements.
