AEW Architects & Designers Ltd are seeking to appoint an apprentice to join their 63 strong Manchester practice within the central resource team. The successful candidate will be front of house, so they need a bubbly and bright individual.
A normal day would include:
• Answering the telephone
• Greeting visitors in person
• Setting up electronic job files
• Inputting data
• Typing letters
• Scanning
• Binding
• Booking travel
• Ordering stationery
Along with reception and general admin duties, there will be plenty of opportunity for involvement with all aspects of the business including accounts, HR and marketing. In return, there will be lots of on the job support and guidance with a company who really believe in training and development.

What you could go on to do:
Previous apprentices have gone on to a marketing and accounts roles but there is scope for involvement in all aspects of office admin and this role may suit an individual who is interested in getting a grounding in accounts or HR.
