IT and Digital Pre-Apprenticeship
About this opportunity
This innovative IT and digital pre-apprenticeship will help you fast track on to an advanced apprenticeship in 8 months. You will receive an allowance of up to £10 per week. There may be additional bursaries that you can apply for.
This pre-apprenticeship course covers all you need to know to start a career in the digital industry. Upon completion, you can go onto an IT infrastructure technician level 3 apprenticeship. We will work with you throughout your course to try and find you a suitable vacancy and help you to apply for level 3 vacancies with other training providers.

• Introduction to digital technologies
• Cyber security
• Introduction to supporting users
• Networking concepts
• Operating systems
• Further administration
• Principles of cloud computing
• Troubleshooting networks
Where: The course is based in out head office in Manchester city centre, M1 5JW.
Start date: September/October (3 days per week, 6 hours per day)
Eligibility: Must have GCSEs A*-C/4-9 in maths and English and be aged 16-18 years old
