A normal day would include:
Day to day tasks will vary dependent on the daily needs of the business but general tasks include:
• Answering and directing enquiries over the phone and over email - liaising between the warehouse, sales department and customers.
• General administration – data imputing, etc.

Once settled in the office and used to it’s day to day running and requirements other opportunities may present themselves such as branching into other departments within the company and for the creative applicants out there you could also lend your skills to social media campaigns, brochure and product design, aiding with marketing and PR, etc. providing you with a full understanding and experience of the business and industry. We are also open to new ideas and there is always scope for career progression, even if the role doesn’t currently exist – we are constantly striving to improve and grow even at the ripe old age of 99!!!!

Minimum Grade C for GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
