About this opportunity

An exciting opportunity is now available with Great Places Housing Group. They are looking for a Level 3 Apprentice Development Administrator. This is a great chance for someone to increase their skills and knowledge and advance their career.

A normal day would include:
The Apprentice Development Administrator will undertake a wide range of data collection and analysis work to support the continuous drive to improve performance relating to new build housing whilst completing their apprenticeship qualification. Their line manager will provide mentoring support, guidance and role related training.
The role will include -
• To compile defect repair data, communicate outstanding defect repairs to the relevant project manager and to monitor and assist the project managers with closing down the defect repairs on the system.
• To assist with ensuring our defect property database is up to date and all relevant departments/external agencies are informed of handovers and OOH contact details.
• To collect Key Performance Indicators from the members of our construction framework; Innovation Chain North West and the GP development team, for both framework and non framework contractors
• To collect data on build costs from the members of our construction framework.
• To keep the Innovation Chain North West website and data portal up to date.
• To collect data relating to the social value outcomes delivered by the Innovation Chain North West members and the GP development team, for both framework and non framework contractors
• To assist with the collection of due diligence information for all ICNW contractors and consultants on an annual basis
• To collect and analyse customer satisfaction data.
• To actively seek to collect further qualitative customer satisfaction feedback and present the findings.
• To support the work of the Development team in understanding and improving performance.

Working alongside the Procurement and Performance Officer within the office to gather, analyse, follow up and report on varying forms of performance data relating to the Development Team. Identifying improvements to both the ICNW website and client portal and working with internal colleagues to update these.

This apprenticeship position will provide you with the opportunity to complete the required training to become a qualified Business Administrator. There may be opportunities for successful applicants to progress into a permanent role with the employer as a Development Administrator.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. The employer will also provide you with a workplace mentor to support your development within the role as well as lots of additional training and development opportunities and enable you to participate in a range of organisational projects to enhance the skills you develop even further.

What you should have to apply

• Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths
