Due to their continued expansion Sudlows Ltd, a highly successful specialised engineering company, are looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to work within the FM department.
To provide administrative support to the FM department where required, supporting the current team. This is a critical role in all aspects of accuracy, attention to detail and record management.
A normal day would include:
• Dealing with incoming calls as well as making outbound calls as required
• Handling correspondence
• Checking and dealing with emails from clients and customers
• General filing duties
• Maintaining records
• Using Microsoft office to draft correspondence and reports
• Chasing documentation when necessary
• Spreadsheet’s
• Other duties as required
• Engineers job sheets and time sheets
• Purchase orders
• Processing delivery notes
• Suppliers invoices
