The talent administrator ensures smooth day-to-day running of the office, proactively managing the visitor experience, and ensuring all employees have everything they need in order to do their job. As the face of the agency you are responsible for welcoming guests, whilst providing essential administrative support to the wider talent team and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Proactively managing the visitor experience, from greeting guests and preparing refreshments, to ordering catering, keeping on top of meeting room space bookings.
• Ensuring the office environment is the best it can be, through excellent delivery of rewards, including as Hump Day, Friday drinks, concert club, breakfasts and beverages, and fully stocked stationery and other supplies.
• Assists wider talent team with processes they can manage:
• Delivering engagement activities including social events
• Posting recruitment adverts on the MC2 website
• Managing personnel files and processing new starters and leavers
• Managing work experience placements
• Drawing up HR related documents as required
• Updating the holiday spreadsheet
•Distributing feedback forms following training modules
• Dealing with incoming correspondence, enquiries and requests, including mail, phone calls and emails, and handling in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintains office diaries including boardrooms, conference phone and gym bookings; flagging clashes and preparing in advance of meetings.
• Liaising with suppliers, including booking travel and accommodation, and ensuring office supplies are fully stocked; stationery, kitchen, water and any other supplies.
• Running errands including going to the post office and shopping.

Deliverables Expected
• Provides an excellent experience coupled with a warm environment for guests and employees alike.
• Confidently completes tasks in a timely fashion and within deadline constraints.
• Has a friendly, confident and professional manner, and is able to communicate effectively with clients and employees of all levels of seniority.
• Maintains a tidy office and ensures supplies are fully stocked and fit for purpose.
• Can manage own workload and report back on the status of tasks using Trello.

You’ll have the chance to work alongside some of the most creative marketing professionals in Manchester, providing essential administrative support to the Talent team and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of a busy office. As the face of the agency you will proactively manage the visitor experience, welcoming guests and ensuring all employees have everything they need in order to do their job. You will also be responsible for assisting the Talent Manager and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere within the office.
