To provide administrative support to the estimating department where required, supporting the current team. This is a critical role in all aspects of accuracy, attention to detail and record management.
A normal day would include:
• Co-ordination & tracking of all new incoming & revised existing enquiries/tenders
• Updating the Enquiry Tracker when jobs are created, quotes sent to client or when PO’s are received
• Arrangement & co-ordination of surveys, liaising with the client & design team members
• Co-ordination of Design Team members diaries
• Maintenance of all server files, admin procedures, processes & systems
• Chase outstanding information from internal/external clients & design team members
• Co-ordinate the Handover process from Design team to Operations
• Act as contact point for communications to the team. Prioritise and distribute communications to the appropriate person or relevant department
• To answer/deal with queries, take messages and pass them on to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner
