An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team at Unique Visa Services Ltd. As a customer administrator you will have a varied role within an interesting environment.
A normal day would include:
• Answering telephones
• Taking messages for either staff
• Dealing with incoming enquiries
• Adding expense and invoices through the system
• Filling electronic forms for embassies
• Post (opening and getting ready to post)
• Updating tracker on website for passports
• Going to visa offices occasionally (4 minutes walk)
Later on into role:
• Keeping clients up to date with embassy closure or any changes (through newsletter)
• Contacting clients when passport is ready
• Assisting any of the two management and staff through daily jobs if required
