An exciting opportunity for a Finance & Administration Assistant has arisen within an established Fire & Security Company based in Warrington. Working in a friendly, busy office you will be a fundamental member of our dynamic support team.
A normal day would include:
• Inputting invoices onto SAGE
• Bank reconciliation
• Assisting with credit control
• Dealing with suppliers and customers over the telephone
• Assisting with procurement for installations and service
• Receiving deliveries into stock
• Assisting with service support desk
• Assisting with the preparation of statistics
• General office duties
Requirements:
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 9-4)
