A great opportunity is available with Intuitive Thinking Skills who are looking for an Apprentice Admin Assistant to join their team in Manchester.
A normal day would include
• Ensuring all referrals are printed and completed by 4.50pm, if there are any left at this point that will miss post they must still be put on the system and wait for the post the following day
• Answering telephone enquiries and calls
• Weekly referral list sent out every Friday for following weeks referrals
• Calls are answered and dealt with or transferred to the appropriate person
• Scanning documents and attaching to the relevant customer records
• Data input accurately into IT system and all information required to be shared internally or externally is done so on time as directed by line manager.
• Meeting and greeting clients/customers or visitors for meetings or courses and making a drink
• Ensuring all paperwork is stocked up at all times
• Collecting, sorting and sending incoming and outgoing post each day
