A&F Sprinkler Services Ltd are currently looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join their dynamic and down to earth admin team in the Engineering department.
A normal day would include:

What we need from you;
• Excellent communication skills
• Someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• IT literate
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (inc English, Maths)
The main duties within the department include:
• To undertake administration tasks necessary to manage and document the day to day business
• Working alongside key personnel within the company to assist in administration duties
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organise and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Adhoc projects
Health & Safety:
Keeping work area clean and tidy and working as part of a team.
Following good health and safety working practices in line with Company procedures.
