A&F Sprinkler Services Ltd are currently looking for an Apprentice Sprinkler Design Engineer to join thier dynamic and down to earth contracts team.
A normal day would include - main duties within the department include:
The ideal candidate will be motivated, switched on, with a “can do” approach and will need to be able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team.
• Carry out weekly tests on fire sprinkler systems alongside experienced engineers
• Extensive travelling between sites/overnight stay may be required
• Understand fire panels and isolations.
• Be able to assist higher grade engineers in carrying out repairs and fault find on fire sprinkler systems.
• Be able to carry out checks and flow tests on fire pumps alongside experienced engineers
• Undertake the role of a service sprinkler engineer
Health & Safety:
Reading from work instructions and controlling documentation.
Keeping work area clean and tidy and working as part of a team.
Following good health and safety working practices in line with Company procedures.

• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (inc English, Maths)
