About this opportunity

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career with a fantastic organisation. You will join as a Customer Service Apprentice but the scope within this role is huge and it is a fantastic time to join the company.

A normal day would include:
Due to our continued success, we are now looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative – who will be focused on providing an excellent, friendly and professional service to Infinitel’s customers.

We are now offering a dedicated 12 – 15 month Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship scheme to introduce new talent into the business with a view to learn, progress and launch their career.

Daily Duties Include:

• Providing a high standard of professional customer service to all Infinitel’s customers
• Answering incoming phone calls in a timely manner
• Dealing quickly and efficiently with customers’ enquiries
• Daily administrative duties
