As an Apprentice Engineering Services Administrator with British Engineering Services, you will use your fantastic planning skills to coordinate new customer work requests, initiating the workflow for our Customer Service teams.
A normal day would include:
• To review and allocate new requests via the CRM system
• Update and review data entered to the CRM system, whilst ensuring accuracy
• Assisting the Direct (customer) and Indirect (broker) Sales Team and CST team with administrative tasks
• Highlighting potential problems with work allocation or delays to the relevant teams or your leader
What you could go on to do
Within our business, the natural progression route would be to join our ‘Quote and Onboarding team’ however the opportunities are limitless. You may wish to get involved in processing, customer service, scheduling work or maybe even sales.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
On top of that, you will also go through our induction and training period which allows you to learn a lot about our company, what we do and how we do it.
You will also have the support of one of our highly competent leaders, who has been with the company for too long to remember.
