A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a HR Shared Service Team as an apprentice administrator where you will have the opportunity to gain some valuable skills and experience.
A normal day would include:
• Administration of contract changes and updating of the HR system
• Maintaining employee time & attendance system
• Providing basic guidance on policies and procedures
• Responding to Colleague and Manager queries relating to HR and payroll issues
• Produce correspondence including offer letters, contracts of employment, to quality standards and within set timescales
• New starter setup and pre-employment checks
What you could go on to do
This apprenticeship could be the first step in the path to becoming and HR Advisor or HR Manager or even HR Director! Following the apprenticeship, you could choose to then study for your level 3 in either Business Administration or Level 3 in HR.

You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
