We have a number of vacancies in various academic schools where your duties may include:
• Dealing with customers both face-to-face and via the telephone.
• Providing reception cover, and meeting/greeting visitors.
• Managing data, photocopying, faxing, filing and word processing.
• Assisting with preparation for meetings, including arranging catering.
• Sending and receiving of email.
• Dealing with internal/external post.
• Maintaining filing systems.
• Carrying out basic finance duties.
You will be expected to:
• Be punctual, presentable and professional at all times.
• Be a flexible and supportive member of the team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all your work.
• Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with your manager.
• Prepare for / attend assessment meetings and participate in relevant training programmes.

SPL Fire Safety have an amazing opportunity for someone wishing to become a fire safety professional. Initially, the work will entail administrative duties to understand the company CRM system to input data relating to potential and existing clients.
You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
Accounts Direct need to find the correct candidate to join their fast-moving accountancy practice. The role will be offering support to accountant and account managers with a variety of admin duties.
