A great opportunity is available at a growing IT Solutions Provider based in Stockport. Likin’IT!. Ltd are looking for somebody to join their small team to manage and complete basic office administration tasks.
A normal day would include:
• Answer incoming calls and redirect as required
• Assist with call logging system and ensure calls are being dealt with
• Assist with tasks including customer contract and subscription renewals
• Keep Xero Accounts up to date by inputting purchases and invoices
• Assist with the management of business accounts within Xero
• Monitor sales targets
• Issue and chase invoices
• Manage staff mileage and expenses
• Collect and manage the post. Enter data into required systems, file and store as required
• Monitor email accounts, ensuring emails are filed correctly where required
What you could go on to do
For the right person, this will be a long-term position with lots of scope and opportunity to extend the responsibilities. You will have the chance to become a much valued member of the team which may progress into the full time Office Manager role.
