Docutech are looking for a friendly enthusiastic person with a hunger to learn and build themselves as a valued team member. The purpose of this role is to learn aspects of the accounts and administration department.
A normal day would include:
• Answering the telephone to incoming calls
• Opening of incoming post & dispatch to correct departments
• Telephone customers
• Making appointments in outlook calendar
• Learn SAGE accounts software system
• Additional ad hoc duties as required
What you could go on to do
Look to go in a sales coordinator role or an accounts role
