The receptionist role includes greeting patients, marking them as arrived for appointments, or helping with prescription queries.
Finding the next available appointment and calling patients to book them for specific health reviews.

• Working in a team with other receptionists / administrators
• Opening and stocking rooms for the start of the day
• Booking patients in for appointments and helping them with queries
• Answering calls and dealing with queries
• Photocopying medical notes / filling notes as appropriate
• Calling patients to book them in for reviews
• Ensuring reception and kitchen areas are tidy
