About this opportunity

Totally Local Company have a fantastic opportunity within their HR Team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work for a thriving HR Team within a company that has a high reputation.

A normal day would include:

• You'll receive and deal with enquiries in person by telephone, in person, via mail and email from a wide range employees and managers
• Administrative duties will include filing, mail merges, updating documents (Microsoft Office), photocopying (this is not an exhaustive list) as requested by the Human Resources function.
• You'll assist with sending interview packs to potential candidates, update related spread sheets and to answer calls regarding recruitment queries assisting candidates where possible.
• You'll be booking and confirming interviews with candidates and hiring managers (including meeting room).
• You'll work with the Human Resources team to ensure work is completed correctly and within company guidelines.
• You'll open, log and distribute post and record and frank all outgoing post for Enterprise House

Working closely with the HR team, the HR Apprentice will learn and develop best practice HR to provide support and guidance to managers and employees across the business. The HR team will be on hand to support the HR Apprentice along every step, with the view to become a well-established member of the team.
