About this opportunity

DB Couriers have a vacancy for a Customer Service apprentice to join thier team to support thebusiness in offering communications to external customers both existing and new, along with supporting the work of internal employees.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Advisors, you will complete a variety of administration tasks, your main responsibilities and duties will include, although not be limited to:

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors etc
• Completing forms, scanning, photocopying, and updating spreadsheets
• Keeping accurate records
• Answering the phones in a professional manner, assisting with queries, and taking messages
• Monitoring the email accounts

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
• Excellent work experience
• End-Point Assessment (EPA)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full-time employment prospects for the right apprentice upon completion of level 3 apprenticeship.
