In this exciting role you will support the People team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as, data entry and documentation ensuring employee records are up to date and handled in line with the local employment law and internal processes.
In this role you will:
• Employee Lifecycle Support: Smooth onboarding/offboarding, accurate contractual changes, and timely written communications (e.g. T&Cs, AWOL, overpayments)
• Responsive People Support: Queries handled positively across platforms, with efficient inbox management
• Payroll Accuracy: Timely sharing of employee data (starters, leavers, changes, leave) to ensure correct pay
• Office & Leave Admin: Daily post handling, organised workspace, and support for parental leave
• Data Integrity: Up-to-date People systems and GDPR-compliant handling of candidate/employee data
• Recruitment Excellence: Accurate job adverts and a welcoming candidate experience aligned with brand values
• Learning & Development: Support for training delivery and maintenance of accurate training records
• Engagement & Events: Well-run initiatives and seasonal events, with thoughtful recognition and wellbeing communications
Training will be provided on the job along with Bitesize training sessions, induction onboarding and Litmos training.
