Joseph Elliott at The Midland Hotel in the heart of Manchester City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and confident person to join their team.

The salon has been established for 25 years and because of its unique location has a reputation for complete privacy for its high class clientele. The team are currently recruiting for an apprentice hairdresser. This is a great opportunity and is a solid foundation for a rewarding and enjoyable career in Hairdressing.
A Normal Day in the salon will include:
Welcoming and greeting clients on arrival.
Making Refreshments and making sure clients are comfortable, offering magazines.
Shampooing, conditioning and rinsing hair. Rinsing colours, applying hair treatments.
Assisting Stylists on the salon floor
Keeping the salon clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
What will I learn?
With training you will learn to blow dry, style, dress, colour and cut hair. You will gain practical skills and become confident in reception duties including answering the phone and making client appointments.
Once you have completed your Level 2 qualification, you can progress onto a NVQ Level 3 advanced apprenticeship in Hair where you will continue to learn new skills and techniques.
You will be fully supported throughout your training from our highly qualified team of hairdressing experts who will help you succeed.
