The successful candidate will join our Central CEEMEA operations team, supporting the operations manager with the management of integration and business as usual activities.
This role will work across the Central, Regional and Country teams to ensure that we leverage best practice and promote an efficient and effective way of working.
This role will provide instrumental support to the Operations team.

You will develop skills and build strong relationships with the guidance of senior members of the teams. Duties will include:
Understanding the factors and requirements that drive the business’ goals, objectives and work practices
Supporting the business by working with the local delivery teams to manage integration and remediation and “Business As Usual” activity across the region
Undertaking data gathering with Stakeholders and maintaining effective and clear records
Seeking knowledge and specialist skills outside own area of expertise, as appropriate to the project
Produce PowerPoint presentations and high level summaries as required
Regional Team, country heads, business and operations teams
Training & Qualifications:
This apprenticeship is a 24-36 month programme where you will be provided on the job training and a highly competitive study support package for the CII qualification. You will be fully supported by Willis Towers Watson and our official government approved training provider throughout the duration of the programme.
What you should have to apply
120 UCAS points (2017 tariff) across 3 A-levels or equivalent qualifications including B grade in Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent qualifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Cultural awareness and able to adapt style and approach to the country they are working in.
Numerate and IT literate and a proficient user of Microsoft Office tools specifically: PowerPoint and Excel experience
Good organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and proactively manage own workload
