About this opportunity
This is an administrative office opportunity and you will be working with an exciting small/medium sized team. This role offers an opportunity to gain a rounded knowledge of many administrative areas within a friendly but fast paced office.
A normal day would include:
First line customer service – taking phone calls
Taking payments over the phone
Making changes to customer records on Sage and other bespoke programmes
Data entry using spreadsheets and other bespoke programmes
Mail merges using Excel and Word
Use of Sage Line 50
Any other administrative tasks appropriate to the role

What you should have to apply
