Abraclean have this excellent opportunity working in a small, friendly office environment in Manchester. Throughout the apprenticeship you will gain knowledge and experience of various accounting and administration tasks.
A normal day would include:
Assisting the hire desk using bespoke software - updating, inputting and invoicing
Advising customers regarding hire equipment and consumables
Calculating payment and processing via credit card / bank transfer / cash
Assisting purchase ledger including verifying invoices, statements and updating spreadsheets
Assisting credit control, issuing statements and reminder letters
Photocopying/filing
General office duties as required
First contact for telephones, connecting calls or taking messages in a professional and polite manner
Liaising with customers/suppliers at the trade counter
