About this opportunity

You will be trained as an IB compliance and operational risk control data analyst and will be responsible supporting data improvement and analytical capabilities, and seeking areas to enhance automation across IB compliance.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
•Involvement in the IB Workshop set-up to enhance the quality of operational risk data with the front office and ORM functions.
•Supporting the IB data analytics team in London rolling out a strategic data analytics solution.
•Working to understand the use of IB compliance and operational risk control data analytics tools.
•Automation of IB compliance and operational risk control processs and controls.
Compliance and operational risk control is an independent function which is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the compliance and operational risk framework across UBS. Roles within this function will provide an independent and objective assessment of all the compliance and operational risks across the bank.
UBS offer expert advice, wealth management and investment banking.
What you could go on to do: On completion of this apprenticeship you would have the opportunity to progress onto higher level programs such as the senior compliance / risk specialist level 6 apprenticeship standard.

What you should have to apply

B/Level 6 Grades at GCSE math and English
A-levels: BCC or equivalent (104 UCAS points)
